My coaching comes with lots of online support and resources, like the 30-day Plant-based Transformation Program with done-for-you grocery lists and recipes, free.
You can follow it fully or use it for a few recipe ideas. In either case, I give you The Flexible Food Gameplan to help you practice eating foods that support better energy and workouts. You build confidence and learn more how to be more mindful- first of what foods you put into your body, then with everything else.
